Member Services
Welcome to Introductions Dating Service. We want to help make sure your membership is a success!

Now that you have joined our organization, your main contact will be your Member Service Representative. She will have access to your file and will be able to assist you most efficiently. If she is unavailable when you call, please leave a message and your call will be returned before she leaves for the day.

Please allow two to six weeks for your first introduction.

You will receive your referral's name and phone number (and they will also receive your information) on our Feedback Hotline sheet. Please save your Feedback form to relay information about your date to your Member Services Representative.

If you would like information about your match, you may call Member Service between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. For your convenience, we have set up the back of your Feedback Hotline form so that you can jot down the available information about your referral.

We file every member by age, so please do not be alarmed when asked for your name, age, and of what city you are a member when calling. This will allow for quicker assistance.

It is best to contact your referral within one week. Gentlemen, most of the ladies prefer you to call them first, so do not be surprised if they wait for your call. Ladies, if your introduction leaves you a message, please return his call promptly.

Try not to pre-judge your referral by the first phone conversation. You will never know if the one you did not meet may have been the "love of your life."

Please do not get discouraged if it takes a while to meet. Some of our members are busier than others and will appreciate your patience.

First impressions are very important. Try to look your best and meet your introduction with a positive attitude for positive results.

Once you have met your referral...we need your feedback!

Feedback is one of the most vital parts of your membership. Therefore, we request that you send it in writing. You can either fax or mail your response to us. We use your feedback to fine tune the matching process so please be as detailed as possible. Use the Feedback Hotline form and include your name, age, and Member Number. Because we use your feedback to help us with your next referral, we need to know about your current introduction before we can make another selection for you. As soon as we receive your response, we will begin working on your next referral. So don't delay!
